My father started this business in 1961, with a simple plan in mind: Do your best every day. Set goals and strive to meet them. Treat customers the way we want to be treated. He taught me to always do my best, and more than 50 years later, my wife Lisa and the rest of the Action Appliance Repair family, are still committed to these core traditions.
